Thoughts concerning today's iPad 2 Announcement

With a great sigh of relief, the early rumors of a "retina" display for the iPad 2 did not come to pass. Perhaps a high resolution screen will come with version 3 - but we'll deal with that at the appropriate time.

The cameras provide interesting feature possibilities for Stealth Bee Jam. We don't yet know to what extent the camera APIs will allow integration, but we can almost imagine playing Stealth Bee Jam to provide a soundtrack while capturing video. Or perhaps utilizing iMovie for iPad to integrate a saved Jam with video footage.

We don't anticipate any noticeable changes when playing Stealth Bee Jam on the iPad 2. The new processor may make start up a little faster, but until we actually test on it, we really won't know.
